REA Robotics is active in the PLASTIC sector with raw material loading cells for forming plants, press formed product extraction cells, and finished product deburring/milling cells.
The loading of the press feeding line is ensured by the picking up of the bags directly from the transport pallet, following settable and programmable loading diagrams.
The extraction of the formed components is achieved using grippers specifically designed in line with the needs of the customer: our technical office can produce the gripping component from a 3D drawing of the production mould.
The forming riser excess may be removed immediately after extraction by milling, using an external spindle, or a spindle directly installed on the picking-up component.
The plastic component deburring operation is carried out following paths that have been manually saved by the operator, or through ones that have been automatically generated OFF-LINE, using the 3D drawing of the component being burred.
