Offline programming includes all the robot programming completed using the simulation software. The result is: operating the robot using a CadCam interface.

All this is obtained starting from:

  • a basic CadCam, on which to implement the functionality for the creation of new difficult to realise food sector robot operational features.
  • electronic and mechanical devices installed on board of the robot.

For the above, we used CadCam Mastercam-Robotmaster, RoboWaveBending bending cad, VisualComponents general purpose simulators.

Thanks to CadCam Mastercam-Robotmaster, we have created self-adaptive systems on deburring machines with very accurate finishes with plastic, aluminium and cast iron.

With RoboWaveBending, continuous follow-up bending systems.
