Rea Robotics S.r.l.<\/b> with registered office in <\/span>Via Alessandro <\/span>Volta, 35 \u2013 35030 Veggiano (PD),<\/b>VAT no.<\/span> 03968970289<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> (hereinafter, “Owner<\/b><\/span>“),<\/span>owner ofthe<\/span> internet<\/span> siti\u00a0<\/span><\/span> https:\/\/www.<\/span> rearobotics.it<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> and industria.rearobotics.it\u00a0<\/span><\/span> (hereinafter, the “Siti”),<\/b><\/span>as the data controller<\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>personal data of<\/b><\/span> users who browse<\/span> and\/ or<\/span> who are<\/span> registered onthe\u00a0<\/span><\/span> Sites<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> (hereinafter, the “Users”<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> “) provides below the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter,“Regulation”<\/b>or<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> “ApplicableLegislation”).<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

TheseSites<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/span> and any<\/span> services offered through the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> Sites\u00a0<\/span><\/span> are reserved for persons who have reached the age of eighteen. The Data Controller therefore does not collect personal data relating to persons under the age of 18. At the request of users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected and relating to persons under the age of 18.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The Data Controller takes the utmost account of the right to privacy and the protection of the personal data of its Users. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users can contact the Data Controller<\/b><\/span> at any<\/span> time, using the methods described in point 4.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

<\/b>1. Purpose of the processing\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Users’ personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

a) Navigation of the sites, <\/b><\/span>in relation to the possibility of collecting technically necessary User data, such as the IP address, while browsing the sites.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

b) Response to your requests for information, <\/b><\/span>received by us through the appropriate contact form.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

c) Legal<\/b><\/span>obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an authority, by a regulation or by European legislation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

d) Receipt of curricula used for the selection of personnel, <\/b><\/span>through the appropriate insertion form. A specific information will be conveyed on the relevant page.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The provision of personal data for the purposes of processing indicated above is optional but necessary, since failure to provide the same will make it impossible for the User to browsethe<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> siti,subscribe to<\/span>the <\/span>Sit<\/span>i and use<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> the services offered by<\/span>the Data Controller on<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> Sit i.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

With reference to the purposes referred to in points 1 \/ a, 1 \/b,<\/span>the legal basis of the processing is in fact the execution of the<\/span>services provided through<\/span>the Sit i and<\/span> requested by you (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter .b of the Privacy Regulation 2016\/679); with reference to the purposes referred to in point 1 \/c<\/span> of the previous\u00a0<\/span><\/span> paragraph,\u00a0 <\/span>the legal basis of the processing is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter .c of the Privacy Regulation 2016\/679).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

<\/b>2. Processing methods and data retention times\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The Data Controller will process the personal data of Users using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The personal data ofthe<\/span> Users of i<\/span> Siti<\/span> will be kept for the time<\/span> strictly necessary to carry out the purposes illustrated in paragraph 1 above, or in any case as necessary for the protection of the interests of both Users and the Data Controller in civil law.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

<\/b>3. Scope of communication and dissemination of data<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The personal data of the Users may be disclosed to the employees and \/ or collaborators of the Data Controller in charge of managing the Siti. These subjects, who are formally appointed by the Data Controller as”authorized<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> to\u00a0<\/span><\/span> process”, will process the User’s data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this information and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The personal data of Users may also be disclosed to third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as“External Data<\/b>Processors”, such as, by way of example, suppliers of IT and logistics services functional to<\/span>the operation of<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> Siti,<\/span> outsourcing<\/i><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> or <\/span>cloud <\/span>computing<\/i><\/span>service<\/span>providers, professionals and consultants.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The data may also be communicated to the Financial Administration and \/ or other public authorities where this is required by law or at their request.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Users have the right to obtain a list of any data processors appointed by the Data Controller, making a request to the Data Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 4 below.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
